My name is Jennifer, but my friends call me Jen! I’m a hairstylist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, working from a private salon suite where my clients can feel comfortable and at home.

I’ve always been creative, and when I started doing hair a few years ago, I found something I could put all that creativity and attention to detail into. Hair is my art, and I’ve become a little obsessed with getting every detail right. I’m always continuing my education because I want to keep growing and give my clients the best experience I can.

I fell in love with doing hair when I saw how much confidence it could give someone. Hair extensions are my favorite service for exactly that reason. I love seeing a client leave my chair feeling like THAT girl.

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually at home with my little family(my boyfriend and our two dogs) or checking out a new spot to eat. I love a good lounge, and I make playlists for fun. I’ve been told I’m an old soul who was born in the wrong era. I love oldies, but Frank Sinatra will always be my favorite. Such a classic.

One day, I’d love to open a salon with a fun, creative group of hairstylists. I already have the whole vision: ’50s and ’60s inspired, but still chic and a little luxurious.
